Swan Marine Services has been operating under the unlimited License issued by Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and conducting recruitment of seafarers on the vessels of foreign companies.
Special attention is paid to the development and application on a regular basis of our Quality Management System (QMS), which strictly regulates all Company’s processes and procedures.
Our QMS was developed and established, complying with MLC 2006 Convention. At present it is certified under international quality standards by Bureau Veritas.
